Hi, I’m Katrina — Functional Nutrition Counseling Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and founder of Liv Fit Performance & Functional Wellness and Vitalis Studio.

For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals reconnect with their health, restore their energy, and build strong, resilient bodies from the inside out. My approach goes beyond traditional fitness. I specialize in combining functional nutrition, corrective exercise, and advanced wellness technologies to uncover the root causes behind fatigue, inflammation, hormone imbalance, weight gain, and chronic stress.

Like many of my clients, I understand what it feels like to do “all the right things” and still not feel your best. That experience shaped my passion for a deeper, personalized approach — one that looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
